RAgro’s Alphonso Mango Pulp is prepared from naturally ripened Alphonso mangoes sourced from the Konkan region, known for producing some of the finest mangoes in the world. The mangoes are carefully deskinned and deseeded, and the pulp is extracted in its pure form.
The pulp is gently sterilized in stainless steel kettles to maintain hygiene and quality. After cooling, a small amount of sugar is added to stabilize the pulp along with minimal KMS to preserve freshness. The result is a smooth, rich mango pulp that captures the authentic taste of Alphonso mangoes.
This ready-to-eat pulp can be enjoyed directly or used to prepare a variety of desserts and beverages including ice creams, cakes, mousse, milkshakes, barfi, and more.
